IS THERE A FEE?
The ticket form asks you to make an optional contribution to Zeffy. This is not required! You can change the suggested Zeffy contribution to any amount you choose, including $0, before making your purchase.​

ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE?
Tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot use your tickets, you can transfer them to someone else. Please let us know by sending an email to service@bloomsburgpl.org.​

DO CHILDREN PAY FOR A TICKET?
Children ages 3 – 12 must pay for a reduced-cost ticket. Children under 2 who can sit on an adult’s lap are FREE!​

WHERE DOES THE TRAIN DEPART FROM?  (See map below)
All trains depart from the railroad intersection near 420 West 5th Street, Bloomsburg, PA 17815. Take Railroad Street past the intersection of Railroad and 5th Streets. Signs and volunteerswill direct you to the parking lot andthe train.​​​​​​​

WHERE CAN I PARK?  
FREE parking is available adjacent to the train boarding site near 420 West 5th Street – volunteers and signs will direct you to the parking lot. If youhave mobility issues, there is a limited amount of parking near the registration tent. Please notify one of the parking attendants when you arrive. 

ARE THE TRAIN CARS HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE?
Due to the antique nature of the train cars, they are not wheelchair accessible and may be difficult for those with mobility concerns. Passengers must be able to navigate a few stairs and be able to walk within an aisle.​

WHERE DOES THE TRAIN TRAVEL? 
The train departs from  Bloomsburg and travels west, towards Danville, for approximately two miles past the Rupert Covered Bridge. It follows the same route on its return trip to Bloomsburg. 

CAN FOOD AND BEVERAGE BE BROUGHT ON TRAIN?
Bottled water is allowed. All other food and beverages are not allowed on board the train. 

WHAT ACTIVITIES OCCUR ON THE TRAIN?  
Riders enjoy holiday music and a festive atmosphere with winter sights along the water. (The 6pm ride will be after sunset, but the holiday lights on the train make this a special experience.) Santa and costumed characters will visit riders on the four regular cars, but not the Quiet Car. We expect to see Frosty the Snowman, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, Buddy the Elf, and other fun characters on most of the rides! 

WHAT IS THE QUIET CAR?
The Quiet Car is meant for those who do not wish for a lot of noise or costumed characters during the ride. This car is optimal for enjoying the view and having a peaceful experience.

WHAT CARS ARE AVAILABLE?
There is a Dining Car with 4 dining chairs around a dinette table. There is a Coach Car, which is great for parties of four if you want to sit facing each other. There are two larger Passenger Coaches with 3 seats on one side of the aisle and two on the other. The Quiet Car is an old-fashioned passenger coach with a two-seater bench on either side of the aisle.  To view these cars, click here.

Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend arriving 30 minutes early to get your preferred seating.

CAN I BRING MY ANIMAL ON THE TRAIN?
Only service animals are allowed on the train. Pets and emotional support animals are not permitted.​

ARE PHOTOS PERMISSIBLE ON THE TRAIN?
